All LUNA jewelry pieces are carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail before shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, holidays or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Norway: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services, customs procedures or seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking information may be provided depending on the selected shipping option and destination.

If tracking is available, you will receive shipping details by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unworn,
  • in original condition,
  • returned in original packaging where possible.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return if opened or worn after delivery, unless required by applicable law.

Custom or personalised products may also be excluded from returns.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
